Peanut Butter Wolf is a DJ, hip hop producer and the founder of Stones Throw Records. Growing up on a childhood diet of sports, video games, girls, hip hop and the making of primitive mix-tapes, he joins with lo-fi songstress Nite Jewel (Ramona Gonzales) for one night only to perform their own interpretation of the 1981 LP Computer World. Computer World is the eighth studio album from German electronic music band Kraftwerk, with English and German language editions released in 1981. The album deals with the threat of the rise of computers in society and has made it into numerous “Top 50” lists of the best albums of the 1980s.
