Samu.l is a name fast becoming synonymous with a distinct style of house and techno. Focussing on the dance floor, he creates deep, emotive tracks with a groove, and more often than not building to that perfect peak time moment.
Prominent labels including Saved and One Records have released his material, with regular support from the likes of Marco Carola and Steve Bug. His sets are a representation of his own sound, with rolling basslines and a stripped-back style capable of adapting to any set time. He has performed at some of the UK's best institutions including Fabric, Fuse, Lo*kee and Below.
He constantly experiments and evolves his sound in the studio and has a number of exciting new productions and remixes to be released, and we are very pleased to be able to showcase this guy to Newcastle.

Belfast based JMX aka John McIver fascination with dance music started at a young age when he acquired his first set of turntables and spent hours upon hours getting to grips with the art of beat mixing. He was first influenced by heavyweights like Carl Cox and Joey Beltram who were playing guest spots at the Hellraiser raves held in the Ulster hall in the early nineties. It wasn''t long before people took notice and John got asked to play at Shine one of Belfast's longest standing club nights, after a few stellar performances he was soon asked to become an official resident. It was here where John ended up playing back-to-back dj sets with local DJ Timmy Stewart and the Jet Project was formed when they decided to combine forces in the studio. Over the last few years as one half of Jet Project John has had an impressive array of releases on some of the worlds biggest imprints including Get Physical and Soma to name a few plus holds a residency at Belfast's finest house and techno club night, Yello.
With this experience and continued love for all things house John decided it was time to unleash some of the solo material he had been working on, until now only being played in his own sets. JMX sees John draw on his earliest influences wanting to merge vintage sounds with his own blend of bass heavy drum laden house grooves. With ep's scheduled to drop on labels such as 2020,One Records and Nic Fanciullis label Deleted, 2012 is looking like a year JMX's name is going to ring out!

Not much needs to be said about Liam, AKA Cera Alba. From Leeds but now based in London, Liam is accustomed to mixing in clubs internationally as well as on home soil alongside the biggest DJs in the house scene.
Having worked with with the inescapable label, HOT CREATIONS, with artists such as Jamie Jones, Lee Foss or Miguel Campbell and many more, not to mention his work with other labels such as TURQUOISE BLUE, ILLUSION and the rest, we are honoured to have Liam a part of this very special launch.
