  • Another year and yet more incredible raves for mulletover - January's party was full of smiles and raw energy. Get ready for 'Anti Valentines Party'! Efdemin has set the underground World alight with his distinctive sound. Snatched up by Dial records and with subsequent releases on Liebe Detail and remixes for Dessous, Aus Music and B-Pitch. Last year saw him rise to be sought after by artists and collectors alike, filtering his music into the best records boxes with his debut album was voted 2nd in Resident Advisor's top 10 albums of the year. Born in Dublin and raised gypsy style in southern Spain, Sian chose early to drop out of society, make music and be saved by art, committing to the avant-garde way of life. He has made notable records for Aus, Pokerflat and Karmarouge and is known for wild DJ sets and a unique flair behind the decks. His new Octopus label has drawn great attention in its ethos and attention to great quality music. Gower Ramsey is the man behind the hugely successful Fridays at T Bar, Ditched Disco. By welcoming top-notch guests on a weekly basis he made the Shoreditch club the place to be at the weekend. Geddes our faithful resident brings soul and drive to every party. Look out for his next Rekleiner production, Some People, out on his new imprint murmur soon. The second room of the mulletover parties this time is taken over by the infamous DFA. With guests Gucci Soundsystem (Riton and Ben Trucker) who have remixed the greats including LCD Soundsystem and Tiefschwarz. They are the masters of eclectic, twisting disco into electronica and beyond, their sound is unmatched. Shit Robot has roots in the raw action of the New York dance scene culminating in Plant Records, Plant Saturdays and Plant Bar. The latter went on be called the "coolest and loudest bar in New York City" by Face magazine and was where Marcus and DFA's James Murphy started the Shit Robot party (named after James' crap robot drawing). Our final guests Mock & Toof have a wondrous blend of disco, psychedlic and alternative sounds and both acts productions are now at home on DFA records.
