Following on from our Totally Tropical Discotheque (TM) in November, it's time to shake your coconuts again at Never Mind The Balearics! Australia Day Special. This time around, we're heading out of town (a little) to get some sand between our toes and have a good old fashioned beach party...
Our secret venue is nestled within the dunes just 20 minutes from the city, with a laid-back beach bar at super cheap prices (hello $4.50 beers!), we will be bringing in a thumping Funktion One sound system, plus there wiil be plenty of shade to chill in and also BBQ to put some fuel in your belly. We've taken care of the transport with bus transfers to and from the venue included in your ticket.
NMTB residents Pete Dot and InnerWestSoul will be manning the decks, with guest DJs Julien Love, Phil Toke and Rob Meredith. The day goes from 3 pm til 10pm. Expect reggae, funk, brazilica, and Balearic classics as the party unfolds and the sun goes down over the water, with good time house and disco classics after dark.
