For those who know the underground techno of the Bay Area, he needs no introduction at all. For those who don't - Quantum 23 has been a mainstay of the techno scene here for eons. His sound is luscious, dark, deep and downright beautiful, he weaves his sets seamlessly through Tech House and Minimal and delves it deep into Techno bliss.
