In support we have our own residents Kitching&Gesdun who have now stamped their mark heading up our brand along with Pyramidlounge resident Ben Palmer plus Simon Stanaway who both smashed it last outing and we welcome them back once again along with Sam James and Jordan Mina. We're looking forward to seeing you all again 2.3.13 for another truly MASSIVE underground party! Meet your headliner ............ A late autumn move to London marks a new chapter in the career of Jordan Peak. His tireless crusade through the echelons of electronic music is leaving behind a luminous trail of low-slung house and techno, which is versed in the classicist tradition and stamped by the distinctive Peak grit and swagger, currently resonating across the international arena. Off the back of last year’s Best Breakthrough DJ nomination at the DJ Mag Awards 2011, as well as being dubbed ‘One To Watch’ by both BBC Radio 1 & Mixmag, the past six months have seen the 25 year old firmly announce his place on the scene. Set upon creating a discourse of grooving, boisterous and organic basslines crashing against funk-inflected analogue stabs, Jordan’s finesse in the studio has resulted in releases on a diverse array of labels including Robsoul, Tsuba, Klasse Recordings, Area Remote, Morris / Audio, Materiel Series, 2020vision and murmur, which have also landed him in Resident Advisor’s coveted ‘Most Charted’ section. That’s a pretty tall order for someone who has been putting out records for merely three years. Honing his taste and developing an uncompromising stance towards quality, Jordan has also forged a close affiliation with Subb-an and Adam Shelton’s fast ascending One Records imprint, which saw the release of Jordan’s hotly-tipped ‘Mean Streets’ EP last year, and he continues to take his timeless yet contemporary sets to world renown clubs such as fabric and Cable in London, Watergate and Tresor in Berlin, Space and Pacha in Ibiza along with the Electric Pickle and Treehouse in Miami, to name just a select few. In the pipeline to come Jordan is set to flex his dexterous remix muscles, most notably making a welcomed return to Morris / Audio, as well as Parisian stalwart Jef K's Silver Network along with delivering a remix for Andre Crom’s Berlin based OFF Recordings. Original material wise look out for a new ep's on Tsuba & Air London set to emerge in early 2013 Now sinking his teeth into the new inspirational surroundings presented by the UK capital, rest assured you will hear much more from Jordan Peak in the near future.
