Mondkopf + Trafik : Eclipse, a Brian Eno Celebration
The second project from the musician Mondkopf and graphic designers from the studio Trafik, Eclipse is an audiovisual performance that recreates the spectacle of a solar eclipse and its imperceptible progress, moving between dark and light. A tribute to the grand master of ambient music, Brian Eno, Eclipse is inspired by the soundtrack “Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks” (1983), created for the documentary “For All Mankind”. Using a limited chromatic palette, the visual material of Eclipse – between organic sparks and geometric abstractions – complements Mondkopf’s spellbindingly repetitive productions with pure synchronicity.
