AUM (Advanced Underground Music) Presents. 2nd Birthday.

For our second birthday event we have 3 Techno producers that continually supply high grade dancefloor and cerebral sounds!
XHIN (pronounced as "sheen") has been crafting ominous cuts of cutting-edge electronic music since 1997. Building a forte in sound design, he is best described as a sound futurist. His identical rhythmic structure and compositional techniques which incorporate elements of techno, tight sub bass, ambient and IDM delivers a hint of chaotic soundscape amidst artistry.
AnD are a duo producing predatory bass lines, sassy percussion and Birmingham inspired techno. The two are yet another faceless and covert production unit to have released on the equally enigmatic Horizontal Ground and Black Sun Records imprints. Their music is a bi-product of being left to their own devices in an abandoned air raid shelter beneath the streets of Manchester, the city the two currently call home.
BAS MOOY has been active on many fronts in the techno scene since 1999. Heavily influenced by a city that breaths industrial strength twenty-four-seven, he gradually found his way into creating a unique dark sound, which lead him to the forefront of the European techno scene. His own imprint Audio Assualt, ARMS and MORD continue to provide techno in this vein.
J-T KYRKE. AUM mainstay J-T has been exciting with his string of productions and remixes on techno labels Naked Lunch, Gobsmacked Records, Mastertraxx, M_Rec and most recently Chroma. A welcomed return to AUM.
CRESCO is a new project set up by MUTANT and MATT DUNCAN. Expect high grade techno.
DOUG GRAVES is the AUM resident that normally resides at the end of the night on the "Graves Yard Shift". For this event he will be warming up the proceedings with a special "Early Graves" set.
