The leading drum&bass / bass music festival in Central Europe
Last years Let It Roll open air festival dominated continental Europe's festival scene for its unmatched ambience and line- up. This summer, when LiR celebrates its 10th anniversary, they're aiming even higher, and bringing all fans of bass music even more.
After 5 years, the festival is on the move. Over the first weekend of August (2nd - 3rd) LiR 2013 will take place at an exciting new venue; the former military area in the town of Benešov, situated just 30 minutes from Prague. This site offers improved camping, on-site parking and the scope for more stages. This year no less than 6 will host official nights of UKF, RAM, Virus, Blackout, FSREC, Jazzstics, Prague Nightmare, and more...
And on top of everything a special world of cyborg decorations and mechanoid distractions around the whole area will promote a global incredible feeling of this unique event and mostly main stage in the shape of the giant robot will definitely take your breath away. After all, the concept (and the word) of a ROBOT was invented right here in the former Czechoslovakia!
This year more than 10,000 guests are expected, and this isn't just thanks to the excellent (and cheap) Czech beer, nor the stunning line-up, including Netsky, Noisia, Andy C, Feed Me, Black Sun Empire, Ed Rush & Optical feat. MC Ryme Tyme, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Calyx & Teebee, Wilkinson, The Upbeats, Audio, Optiv & BTK, Ayah Marar Live; altogether 40 top projects of the present scene will perform this year, standing head and shoulders next to any (other/UK) monster bass music festival.
The reason why Let it Roll 2013 is an essential date and inevitable event for serious bass lovers is the unprecedented and electrifying atmosphere hard to find anywhere else. Known for its insatiable crowd, one which hangs onto every break and every bass drop, performing artists never hesitate to call Let It Roll one of the best drum&bass festivals for this special, frenetic vibe it's renowned for.
In central Europe, Bass music as a genre is still young, and has as such experience unprecedented progress. In other words: "Things are happening down here!" Not only that, but Let It Roll is a significantly more affordable alternative to some other (Southern) international bass music festivals clubbers (from Western Europe) have witnessed over the few last years. Forget the crisis. Come to LiR.
That said, they've kept a few cards up our sleeves. Let It Roll is giving the other festivals a run for their money, with a ticket price starting at just 35 Euros (30 Pounds) for a 2-day pass.
