After over a year of explosive events that saw London’s revellers leave their inhibitions at the door of the Islington Metalworks for festival fun with extra bass, the Regression Sessions are back this October to help you unleash your inner child on a more regular basis than ever before. In response to the overwhelming demand for our unique brand of carefree fun, the Regression Sessions are going monthly, and we are holding an all-stops-out bash to celebrate.
The Regression Sessions are a unique social experiment designed to allow you to get down to the best of electronic music in an extremely silly way, and our monthly program is packed with more eccentric madness and quality sounds than ever before. Our handpicked residents select the best from house, garage, drum & bass, hip hop and everything in between to soundtrack a night of incredible nostalgic delight, while we give you the run of the colourful, 5-room labyrinth that forms one of London’s best loved venues.
Our new monthly program has seen us search out some of the finest electronic music promoters from all over the UK to host our infamous middle floor, and we are ecstatic to announce that our featured purveyor of sonic delights for our opening show is Trix.

We’re throwing a bit of competition into the mix for our opening event. Smash your opponents on Mario Kart’s rainbow circuit - the best contenders will be decided by our special guest judges Mario & Luigi and stand to win big prizes.

Shower the place with sparkles and beat up a cardboard horse at the same time – what’s not to love.

Unique to our opening bash, we have hired some elite front of house staff to serve up our fake moustaches and 1am ice lollies. Jeeves, Giles, call them what you like, they are here at your disposal.
