So, S.A.S.H long weekends have been a thing of infamy since they started.
A 15hr spectacle of a debaucherous nature that often have people walking away with their head in their hands saying “What the fuck just happened?!?!”
If you’ve ever been to one, then you know that they are always wild and something that we personally look forward to over the year.
This coming Queens Birthday long weekend is going to be no different.
Altough we can’t announce who the guests we have are yet, make no mistake, you WILL like them and you will have NO amount of will power that will help you stay away.
3 separate International acts, with an array of Sydney’s best and a dash of Melbourne’s for good measure.
This week S.A.S.H plays host to -
★ dOP ★
A bunch of french dudes that have a reputation for tearing up everywhere they play.
A live set, with vocals and the full shabang on the Terrace. One show you definitely don't want to miss this long weekend!
★ Robert Babicz ★
Another of our guests that hardly needs an introduction.
Having torn up Laundry over the weekend, he'll be coming down to do the same as he closes the Terrace this Sunday.
★ Gratts ★
Dropping by for a mid afternoon set, Gratts will be keeping shit nice and deep.
If you haven't listened to his Melbourne Deepcast mix yet, then do so, then come to S.A.S.H, because he rocks!
★ Le Brond ★
Another Sydney lad that you should all be familiar with, Brendan has supported some of the biggest acts to come through our fair city over the last couple of years.
A favourite among many, he’s often circling through some of the city’s coolest parties.
Come and see him at ours as he opens the Den on the long weekend.
★ Tricky ★
A dude who is no stranger to being behind the decks, he’s was involved in another of Sydney’s great festivals, Playground Weekender and has been around the traps for a few years now.
More recently he’s been running his own party called Distrikt which is in the process of starting their own little soiree later in the year.
★ Murray Lake ★
Having been described by Chinese Laundry as “the most under rated Dj in Sydney, this boy has more skills in his little finger and knowledge on music then most djs could wish for, a cool customer behind the decks and playing on Vinyl he works every record to the max”.
★ James Petrou ★
A crafty little bugger, James has recently launched his own record label, ‘Trojan House Records’ which has some pretty tasty releases in the pipeline.
He’s also pretty handy behind the decks too, and we assume that with his arsenal of unreleased gem’s on his label, that we’re all in for a treat.
★ Jay Ivany ★
Our friend from south of the border in Melbourne will be making his debut with us by opening up the terrace. Considering he only had his first gig a couple of months back and also considering his first two gigs were at Melbourne heavy weights, Revolver and The Bottom End, then you know the boy must have skills.
