One of the many sources of Peckham pride, this incredible post-industrial building is simply one of London's best venues ... this multi-floored concrete block has thrived as a warehouse-style club .. (Timeout, Mar 2013)
An amazing courtyard space accompanies the 2 floors and Peckham Rye station (less than 1 min walk from The Bussey) is conveniently located on the quick & hip East London line.
Room 1 will be catering for the real House aficionados whilst room 2 will accommodate the broad church of Disco & it's loyal devotees!
In line with this ‘quality’ mantra the lads have not disappointed with their 1st GIANT party either … as Disco edit don GREG WILSON will be headlining the disco room & serving up his unique old & new adaptation of the disco sound that we all know & love. If that wasn’t enough SEVERINO from Horse Meat Disco will also be demonstrating why HMD have proved to be one of the leaders in Disco in the last 10 years, in this country & beyond. Si Kurrage from SDM will also be opening up proceedings. Resident TIM KEENOY in full support.
The House room @ GIANT serves up a real treat, welcoming house favourite JIMPSTER as the headlining guest with his warm, club friendly deep House sound. And THUNDER' – Miles Simpson, Rick Hopkins & Joe Apted – will be treating the masses to the sound that had seen their recent club nites gain a lot of attention & fans in a short space of time. JUST JONATHAN, Peckham's loveliest landlord (The Gowlett) and a fine selector of quality house music to boot ... will also be opening up proceedings. STUART PATTERSON in full support.
Joint promoters/residents,Tim & Stuart, have ensured quality & interesting line-ups moving forward and with their recent successful The Date parties in West London & the aforementioned guests for their 1st party at The Bussey Building, who could question otherwise.
