Label-owner and Red Bull Music Academy alumni, SALVA is a part of the second wave of American west-coast beat-makers. His fusion of Hip Hop and Dance furthers the modern soul, mid-west house and psychedelic influences that shaped the LA future beat movement into a sci-fi funk, signified by its tech 808 drums, clipped vocals and UK bass vibe.
SALVA has performed on some of the worlds biggest stages including Sonar, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Mutek Montreal, Detroit Electronic Music Festival, SXSW, The Do Over LA, Low End Theory.
SALVA's productions have received critical acclaim from XLR8R, Mary Anne Hobbs, Pitchfork, FACT and others leading him to work with Shlohmo, Machinedrum and Om Unit among many others.
As a label owner, Salva has seen his Frite Nite imprint emerge as one of North America's premier sources of West Coast electronic bass music.
