Also this is Fancy dress so please feel free to take part but its a option only and not a must. Hubble - In early 2007 Giuseppe Marchegiano began to produce under the pseudonym of Hubble, shortly after the release of his first vinyl on Moulton label, he began to gather support from the underground and techno scene in Berlin and on international level. His productions and tracks are considered precious rarities as they are only printed on limited edition series, in fact he likes to consider his works as tools to be played by close friends not necessairly intended to be officially released. We can call Hubble’s “long hypnotic journeys”. Hubble, with his floating Techno sound and Pyschedelic atmospheres has fronted a number of parties in Berlin among which stands his own triptic of parties thrown at Berghain Kantine (first important location where he played in Berlin) and called "Forget Me Not" which is also his debut album title released in September 2010 by Pheek on the canadian label Archipel. In 2009 he began his collaboration with Sleep Is Commercial, he is now one of the crew organizing really intense Techno parties in Berlin and grooving people into underground locations around Europe being his music a landmark for the psychedelic groovy sound of the label. He runs the label’s limited vinyl series called sic ltd, it began with “Kirks and Ghosts” and “La Estrella” out on Summer 2010, followed by “Focus” and “Tribute02” out on April 2011. Last release on Jan 2012 is the first EEBB (a new project with his friend Pheek) 's work called THC. Out in 12" vinyl ltd. Hubble is also a frequent guest in some of the most important locations in Berlin such as Club der Visionaere, Watergate, Arena Club, Suicide Circus. Don't miss his release on the Techno label Haknam (hknm04) "Sand" + "Floating Souls" and his upcoming new album just terminated after his first Japan tour, out soon on Sleep Is Commercial http://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=15273 . Pheek JP became interested in acid house in the late ’80s and raves in early ’90s, inspiring him to DJ his own radio shows in Sherbrooke, Québec. From his college years to university, he played techno, house and anything exciting to people whose ears weren’t as close to the ground. Upon moving to Montreal in 1997 to study computer science, JP met Mateo Murphy and found they shared similar musical interests. After performing a show with Gez Varley, Mateo and JP decided to work on a live concept of their own, based on improvising beats on the fly and mixing in other synthesized sonic textures. It was at this point that JP adopted the name of Pheek after a Richie Hawtin/Plastikman performance at Medialounge, a show that would forever change his perspective on music. After further honing their live show together, Pheek and Mateo opened for Chain Reaction at the FCMM in 1999. They were spotted by Hautec and offered to release a 12", marking a turning point in their fledgling careers. The few years that followed saw proposed releases on Hybrid Structure and collaborations with Mitchell Akiyama on various projects – a creative period that proved a catalyst for JP’s later success. The next pivotal point in Pheek’s career was meeting Éloi Brunelle and subsequently being invited to join to the Epsilonlab media collective. JP played with them since the very first night of their existence and for almost every show to follow. His first release for Epsilonlab, 2002’s Paysages Matriciels, was a critical success and was nominated for Quebec’s prestigious ADISQ music awards. Another milestone was the label Minus who noticed Pheek's demo and Richie Hawtin who started playing his music along with Magda. That kind of feedback from major DJ made him move forward in his production. Then he got in contact with labels such as Contexterrior and Telegraph with who he released some material. Cleymoore Cleymoore is a sound explorer. Balancing between the complex combination of cold machine artificiality and the warm organicism of nature, his musical structures are both dynamic and wonderfully immersive. Detailed percussions, highly hypnotic pads, mystic melodies, fashioned rhythms and glitchy microscopic textures are subtly rendered to make your ears get lost in time and space. He is the owner of the Pluie/Noir Artist Collective and the recently founded imprint Pluie/Noir Recordings. Along with Archipel Musique Canada, they are his regular homes. https://soundcloud.com/cleymoore Guest List & Info: [email protected]
