- As part of the 10th Annual Decibel Festival, we will be hosting four OPTICAL A/V showcases featuring a wide selection of international ambient, neo-classical and experimental music, accompanied by some of the world’s leading visual artists. Taking place at the prestigious Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall and Triple Door dinner theater, these OPTICAL showcases are included as part of the Decibel Festival Pass experience (discounted passes are still available). Thursday, September 26th at The Illsey Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall OPTICAL 1 : KOLLABORATIONS For our first OPTICAL showcase, Decibel is proud to present piano virtuoso Hauschka with guest percussionist (Berlin) and the Northwest debut of the collaborative project Oliveray feat. Nils Frahm and Peter Broderick (Berlin / Portland). They will be performing at the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall on September 26th. Individual tickets are available HERE.
