- As part of the 10th Annual Decibel Festival, we will be hosting four OPTICAL A/V showcases featuring a wide selection of international ambient, neo-classical and experimental music, accompanied by some of the world’s leading visual artists. Taking place at the prestigious Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall and Triple Door dinner theater, these OPTICAL showcases are included as part of the Decibel Festival Pass experience (discounted passes are still available). Friday, September 27th at The Nordstrom Recital Hall OPTICAL 2 : ERASED TAPES For our second OPTICAL showcase, Decibel is incredibly excited to be bringing together two brilliant composers from the Erased Tapes label, Ólafur Arnalds (Reykjavik) and Nils Frahm (Berlin). They will be performing new works with visual artists Timeboy and Leo Mayberry at the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall on September 27th, 6pm to 9pm.
