Firmly established on London’s underground club scene, Yousef and his Circus team once again pull together a standout line up of leading DJ and production teams that are shining brightly in their own respective scenes across Europe and beyond. Last months event once again took a positive step in solidifying The Egg as London's foremost club destination for those looking to find an alternative soundtrack and underground experience. Reboot & The Acid Mondays alongside Circus founder and curator came and delivered an audio barrage of mesmerizing electronic music created for the discerning dance floors and more passionate club goers.
This months event is part of the Circus birthday celebrations and see's Yousef compile a real eye opening selection for the Capitals event, System of Survival, Shaun Reeves [Visionquest] and Wildkats will join Yousef to enlighten and entertain.
System of Survival, Ibizan based Italian DJ and production duo have been touring residents for DC10 for over a decade and producing music for a variety of mainstay underground label such as French based Freak’n’Chic.
Shaun Reeves has been working his post minimalist approach to underground Detroit Techno and US influenced House music for many years but with his move to Berlin in 2004 his appeal has grown exponentially throughout audiences on both sides of the Atlantic in venus such as DC10 [Ibiza], Fabric [London], Robert Johnson [Germany], Cityfox [Zurich] plus many more.
The Wildkats are a UK DJ and production and trio have been forging ahead, solidly creating releases and remixes for luminary labels and producers as Hot Creations, Miguel Migs and Get Physical.
And once again hosting the event is Yousef, fresh back from his Ibizan exploratory residency at newly formed Booom, and a relentless global DJ and production schedule For Yousef, the year to date has been one of hard work, but the payoff with two of the biggest tracks of the summer under his belt are testament to that. Producing the'Float Away' track featuring The Angel, signed to Pete Tongs FFRR / Warner label and also releasing Green Velvets 'Bigger The Prince' on his own Circus Recordings imprint sets Yousef's Autumn and Winter schedule up for more of the same global touring and artistic endeavors in the studio. Further remixes for Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical, Intec and Leftroom recordings come soon.
