Marco nasce a Monaco nel quartiere di Glockenbach nel 1988.
Ad introdurlo alla musica elettronica fu il dj set del fratello Dario (con cui possiede l'etichetta discografica "Illian Tape") all' Harry Klein nel 2006.
Quella notte fu un punto di svolta in tutti i sensi: da quel momento Marco sviluppo' un suo stile techno.
Nonostante la giovane eta' vanta gia' una lunga lista di release e di serate: i suoi live-set sono il frutto dell'incontro tra energia e ritmo, la parte piu' importante e' sicuramente quella di viversi il momento, non suona mai tracce per intero; i suoi live set sono sempre improvvisati, ed e' proprio questo che li rende sempre eccitanti e differenti.
Per quelli che sono cresciuti negli anni dei dj di Ableton,in cui l'importante non e' tanto l'arte del mixare live , ma piu' che altro mettere musica per qualcuno: anche nell'era del digitale dove il suono perde sempre qualita', ci sono ancora giovani artisti come Marco Zender che sono appiccitati, tuttavia, tenacemente alle vecchie tradizioni e al viversi il momento.

Marco was born in Munichs Glockenbach neighbourhood in 1988. As a teenager he came true with skateboarding and other sports, listening to Roots Reggae / Dub and underground Hip Hop for years. A dj set from his brother Dario at Harry Klein in 2006 introduced him to electronic music in a club environment. That night was a turning point in every sense.
In the meantime Marco developed his own spaced out techno style. With his young age he has already a substantial row of gigs and releases to show. Everything began with dancing - the love for music and letting yourself go with the crowd in a club.
His live sets are accordingly full of energy and rhythm whereby it is of course also always about the live moment. Marco never plays whole pieces - his live sets are always improvised. Exactly this mixture makes them so exciting and different. This tears people of the age of Ableton Djs - where it is not about the live-mixing-art in itself for many people, but more about at least music from somewhere. Even in the digital age where the sound loses always on quality, there are still young artists like Marco Zenker who stick, nevertheless, pertinaciously to old traditions and live the spirit.
Together with his brother he runs the record label Ilian Tape.
