Hailing from Melbourne, Australia Sonny Fodera's story is starting to gain momentum; having started producing music at a young age he has established himself as one of Australia’s premier deep jackin house dj's and producers, artist/remixer. As a dj, his signature sound showcases smooth technical wizardry combined with a music selection geared to satisfy even the most discerning house music listeners.
As a producer /remixer, Sonny Fodera continues to exploit his raw musical talents and ever expanding skills. He has released on top house labels from Drop Music, Guesthouse, Kitsam Recordin, Defected
Simon Newby (aka Da Sunlounge) began DJ’ing in and around the Midlands deep house scene 13 years ago. In the early days he was resident of the much-respected night ‘Travelling Without Moving’, playing alongside DJ’s such as Terry Francis, Inland Knights, Peace Division, Andy Wetherall, Digs’n’Woosh and Diesel. It was at this night, he played a dub plate of one of his first production’s. Clive Henry of Peace Division heard it and immediately signed it to his label, Low Pressings.
Simon has been producing deep house music for over 10 years, with releases to date on some of the most recognised international label’s within the industry, including his own label Myna music.
Myna Music and Bambino Recordings (launched Dec’05) Myna has reached it’s 34th release and is regarded as a leading underground label and receives continuous support from some of the world’s most renowned DJ’s such as Laurent Garnier, Nic Fantiulli , Pete Tong (Radio 1), Ian Pooley, Miguel Migs, Silicone Soul, Swirl People, Lawnchair Generals, Ashley Beadle, Inland Knights, David Duriez, The Littlemen, Mark Farina, among many others.
