THIS HALLOWEEN, THE MONKEY MASQUERADE IS BACK !
After last year's epic party at Hotel Omm's basement, there was no doubt about what we'll be doing the this year.
The masquerade will be our "premiere" at Ker Club, the outstanding new concept Club by the Arnau family,
Ker has announced not only badass line-ups, bookings and residents; but the design is amazing and the sound system from another planet.
We are very happy to have the same guest and host as last year, our friend, the one and only: PORTABLE (Perlon / Süd Electronique - South Africa) !
Portable will be performing a very special Live set that will blow our minds as he does in every single performance. Beware of his outfit, last year's best costume trophy was definitely for him.
Now a Barcelona resident come along to welcome Portable to our wonderful city.
Warming up, one of the finest "selectors" you can have. A person that knows perfectly our 2 other guests, she always believed in their talent and music, Uzuri and Süd Electronique label owner: LAKUTI.
This lady knows how to set a mood, proving her talent at Dj Deep's Rex party "Legends", the infamous Panorama Bar and many other clubs and parties. We are glad to finally have her behind the decks at The Monkey Bar.
Headlining the night, one of the most incredible Djs in the world (no doubt she is one our favorites), Panorama Bar resident: TAMA SUMO !!!! She needs no presentation, what can we say about someone that has always delivered unforgettable musical journeys as at our 2nd anniversary, or this year at our Off Sonar Party. Tama has one of the most wicked grooves you can find, always bringing the soul to the dance floor. We are even more excited to have her amongst us for the third time than the first, be ready for the trip.
Last but never the least, our beloved resident MARC GIMENO. Swiss, Venezuelan, Catalan or whatsoever; Marc is a man that lets the music speak by itself. One of the most hidden gems of this city, this insatiable record digger is gonna open the night bringing his bag full of goodies.
At Ker Bar, we'll be celebrating the birthday bashes of our Art Director Josep Basora and our friend Elena Luna. A serious line-up that could headline any club with: the Struments mighty CLIP! (performing a rare Dj set), a back to back between Hivern's PETTRE and the berliner boss from Geradehaus MANN, Factor City's delight TALKTOME and warming up the eclectic MATEO from Tundra.
