This is Harvey’s Kartel, a new club night by three dedicated people, bringing back a warm vibe of inclusion to the cold Copenhagen.
About the line up:
Born in Chicago, Marshall Jefferson was one of the central figures in the development of House Music.
Not only did he produced seminal house anthems including ‘Move Your Body’, ‘7 ways To Jack’ and ‘Open Our Eyes’, he also worked with legends like Frankie Knuckles, Roy Davis Jr. and Felix Da Housecat, and was part of the late 80’s movement of creating a new sub-genre called deep house.
Marshall Jefferson has a stellar way of connecting emotional with the listener, and at the same time maintaining the physical connection necessary for it to succeed on the dance floor.
We are very proud to have him playing at the opening night of Harvey’s Kartel.
To support Marshall Jefferson, one of Copenhagen’s most talented duos behind a set of 1210s will join us. No other than Marc & Mikkel are in charge of creating such a driven and warm vibe through a whole set.
Rounding up this beautiful night, the producer duo Averos and the sheik of all sheiks Waqar will join the line up. This is going to be something special.
