It's been a while since Mister Saturday Night did their own party in London – over a year, in fact.
Which is why we're very happy to announce that they are taking over Dalston's Dance Tunnel for a proper Mister Saturday Night with Misters Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter DJing allllllllll night (of course).
In case you're asking yourself, "Who the hell is this Mister Saturday Night?" let us explain. Mister Saturday Night is a party from Brooklyn, New York, where a couple times a month they roll their soundsystem out of storage, take it to a homey loft, hang a disco ball, invite some friends and get down until the sun comes up. Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter are the resident DJs. They also throw a Sunday afternoon party called Mister Sunday.
In addition to DJing and throwing parties, Eamon and Justin run the Mister Saturday Night label, which, in its short existence, has released the debut EPs from Anthony Naples, Archie Pelago, Alex Burkat, Hank Jackson and Lumigraph – all of whom have been inspired by their time on the Mister Saturday Night dancefloor.
