BLACK AND WHITE RECORDS
is a barcode platform created in 2010 by Rea K and WM
to explore their vision of music and art.
Since then the label started publishing only the best quality underground sounds made strictly for the dancefloor.
Based in Milan this label is made up by these producers and all talented producers around them
who believe that there are many ways to break down the wall of the mainstream and push forward new ideas to the club music culture.
The label guideline is the idea not the music genre, the target is to give more inspired sound concepts to the boring usual dancefloor music .
Black and White means open minded vision of music,the wide range between these opposite color frequency means all kind of music influences that define our label sounds.
The label has the music that we love and believe in and want simply publish what we really feel inside music waves.
Renowned for its intersection of sophisticated sounds, underground beats and a hint of experimentalism,B&W attracted the likes of many djs such as
RICHIE HAWTIN (M_NUS) ,ADAM BEYER (DRUMCODE) ,LOCO DICE (DESOLAT) , KAROTTE (BREAK NEW SOIL) and many more...
just to name a few who support,charted and played B&W label tracks in best clubs and most famous festivals around the globe.
Recently the legendary UK house-music label DEFECTED , licensed an experimental track from BLACK AND WHITE RECORDS , composed by WM and ES (SYMMEDIANS) ,
in the “most explosive” compilation of the year called : LOCO DICE IN THE HOUSE.
2013 is also the year of the foundation of SYMMEDIANS : a new instrumental live project ,
that started with a mindboggling stop-motion video for their first single WORLD INK
