After a First Class maiden voyage last month in west London, Future Funk Airlines touches down in south at Brixton Jamm on Saturday 18th January for its second London landing.
This time we have booked THE REFLEX to accompany our cabin crew's usual voyage of musical discovery through the finest cuts of underground Disco, grooviest House beats and effortlessly stylish Soul Stompers.
The Reflex is a producer/ DJ who specialises in Disco, Soul and Pop edits, mostly done from the original master tapes. With imaginative arrangements and intricate editing, The Reflex breathes new life into classic soul, disco and pop tracks, extracting the killer grooves into ultra-tight edits for the next clubbing generation. Support has come from across the globe, notably The Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show, Gilles Peterson, Ross Allen, Kev Beadle, Rob Luis, Dom Servini, X-Press 2 and countless others across the globe.
