Egg London welcomes back the fierce house talents of Defected’s Sam Divine, whilst the cult label Wolf Music also play along DJ Spen and further guests to be announced.
Sam Divine is a free spirit with epic energy behind the DJ box. In just a few short year’s Sam has blown up on the international scene and quickly emerged as one of dance music’s most influential ladies. Her animated personality has given rise to an incredible, loyal following and repute for uplifting, positively energized House sets. Her charity event La Vita has set the standard for playing with compassion, and she recently became the first female DJ signed to Defected Artist Management.
Next guest DJ Spen began his career at the age of 13, producing mix shows for WEBB AM in Baltimore. Even at that young age, Spen founded one of the area's first hip hop production groups, the Numarx. In 1986 they wrote and recorded a track called "Girl You Know It's True", which was later covered and made famous by MilliVanilli.With a career span of more than 20 years and his famous studio and production work, Spen has become one of the most sought-after DJs in the U.S. Spen can be found jetting off to gigs at some of the premier clubs around the world. He plays regularly in the UK, as well as France, Italy, Japan, and Australia.
Deeply rooted in House, Disco & Soul, Wolf Music has forged an identity for themselves as one of the hottest labels to keep your eye on. Expect paw to the floor and plenty of underground disco bullets from the Wolf pack, which includes artists like Greymatter, Eddie C, Session Victim Soft Rocks, Atmosfear and many others. From the label and playing tonight is Medlar, another new school talent who has found himself at home on this label with his deep and sensuous style.
