Being held just two days before Sydney's lockout laws come into effect, Agwa Yacht Club is going to kick off the weekend in fine form when they celebrate their 20th edition with Cassy and Mario Basanov, setting sail for the final time this summer on Saturday 22nd February.
With a reputation for being the reason you can't find your pants on a Monday morning (…sorry!), Agwa Yacht Club has set a seriously set the standard when it comes to the best boat parties Sydney's glorious harbour.
Having never been to Australia before, Cassy Britton will slide between genres creating soul and balance in her sets when she plays on the lower deck. She has meticulously fashioned her craft over the last decade, approached her productions and DJ sets with an attention to detail and passion that is hard to surpass.
Joining her on #AgwaYachtClub 020, is none other than Future Classic's Mario Basanov, as he delivers a surprising and innovative musicality to the upper deck on board the Starship. Rising to the forefront of electronic dance music, Basanov’s reputation continues to balloon as he crafts reworks for the likes of Metronomy, Flight Facilities and Crazy P.
Agwa Yacht Club 020 will board the Starship at 2pm from King St Wharf and return at 8pm. Make sure you celebrate the last weekend of freedom the best way possible, as there ain't no party like a Finely Tuned party.
