- London based producer Tom Russell aka TRUSS has been releasing music since 2007, and writing and composing for over 10 years. With an uncompromising output of British influenced techno, his music takes inspiration from artists such as Subhead, Cristian Vogel, Neil Landstrumm, Regis and Surgeon. Tom's younger sibling Edward - performing and releasing as TESSELA - has been slamming broken beats and similarly demonstrating his own smart sense of rhythm. Having released a handful of singles on labels including Peverelist's Punch Drunk records and his own Poly Kicks imprint, the UK producer has now found a home releasing on the legendary R&S Records. TR//ER is the brothers collaborative project, coupling the acid-laced techno of the former with the bass-heavy breakbeats of the latter. Together, the brothers assemble a slew of analogue gear for all-live sets fusing the raw elements of their respective solo production styles.
