- We are extremely proud to invite you to experience the love, the music, and the magic of our Desert Hearts community as we reunite for another weekend long House & Techno celebration under the stars. Expect nothing less than incredible music from international and local DJs alike, 24 hours a day on the best Funktion-One sound system the west coast has to offer. Packed to the brim with the most engaging theme camps, beautiful deco, psychedelic art installations, artists, performers, yoga, sound healing, open bars and more, this Desert Hearts is shaping up to be our most monumental event yet. Fresh off the momentum of our unbelievable 1 Year Anniversary Festival held on the La Jolla Indian Reservation, we are ecstatic to get back to our roots this time as we set up camp in the true desert of Southern California. Held on private land in Apple Valley, CA about 2 hours from Los Angeles and 3 hours from San Diego, we want to keep this Desert hearts a bit more underground by keeping the location undisclosed until 24 hours before the event. House, Techno, & Love are the rules we live by. We are all Desert Hearts. Tickets Buy Now: Http://deserthearts.wantickets.com/ Tickets include entrance, camping, and access to our open bars and kitchens. The exact location of the event will be sent to your Wantickets email account 24 hours before the event. Please bring your confirmation email with you for fastest entry. In order to encourage carpooling due to a limited amount of space, if there are two or less people in your vehicle, a parking fee of $20 will be charged per vehicle at the gate. Parking will be free if there are three or more people in your vehicle. Thank you so much for understanding! Tiers Pre-Sales - $80 [ SOLD OUT ] February 4th - February 21st Tier 1 - $100 February 21th - March 14th Tier 2 - $120 March 14 - April 7th Tier 3 - $140 April 7 - April 24th Location We will be gathering near Apple Valley, CA in the high desert about 2 hours from Los Angeles and 3 hours from San Diego. The exact location will be announced 24 hours before the event through the email you use to purchase tickets. Sound For your pleasure we will have a towering 20 cabnet Funktion-One soundsystem provided by Brad Funkworks. Funkworks is hands down one of the best soundsystems on the West Coast. Funkworks: http://www.facebook.com/funkworks23 Atmosphere Adam Christoff from Symbiotic Creations will be transforming the location into a playground full of elaborate psychedelic designs and outstanding unique deco. By using mostly natural wood and hemp, incorporating sexy curves with geometric string art and providing brilliant ambient lighting, the atmosphere they create will be a truly beautiful experience for all of us to take in and enjoy. Daytime flow and nighttime fire performers from Level Space and Circus Mafia host a wide variety of performers, styles and unique games. Yoga Bring your Yoga mats because we are hosting an area decided to various styles and levels of Yoga, holding space for people to go to get centered and restore thier danced out bodies. If you are interested in teaching Yoga in exchange for a discounted ticket, contact [email protected]. Include a brief explanation of your training, work experience and style of Yoga. Vendors We have limited space for food and artisan vendors. For information on cost and availability contact [email protected] with a detailed description of your vending proposal. Volunteers We will start taking volunteer applications shortly, please check back for details. Each volunteer will be required to buy a special pre-sale ticket that will be fully refundable upon completion of volunteer hours. Rules and Regulations We are an open community where you can experience freedom in many ways however we have a few rules you must follow when attending Desert Hearts: No dogs (service dogs excluded). No NOS tanks, balloons or any kind of illegal activity. No renegade sound systems. One stage, one vibe. Leave No Trace This is a leave no trace event. Pack it in, pack it out. PLEASE do not leave any bottles or trash by the dance floor/speakers. If you see trash or bottles out on the ground or left out, please help clean it up and keep our land beautiful. It's a good idea to bring two trash bags, one for trash and one for recycling. Please pocket your cigarette butts and pick up any butts if you see them on the ground. No glow sticks or glow sand please! Also, please no feather boas or anything that will create MOOP. Creative Participation Any creative energy you can bring to the gathering please do! Have some cool deco for your camp? Have some tripped out clothes or costumes? Have any paintings or art sculptures? Like to spin fire? Like to dance in trances never seen before? Well this is the place to do it! Let you're creative genius flourish because that is what makes us so beautiful and unique.
