- Celebrate the Birthday of one its own Phil Duke at Bar 13 Phil has been a major part the dance music world in NYC since he began spinning here in the 1980's and continued through the 1990's at many legendary nightlife spots such as Nell's,Save The Robots, Wonderbar, Limelight and Palladium. Phil was the go to guy at two well known record shops Downtown Records and Dance Tracks Records where he became the Manager. Join Carlito D of Globalmixx, dj Classic, Les Carbonell of 5ifty 5ive and Steve Tek of Soultek as they all come together to celebrate the man on his Birthday, Phil Duke!
