On Saturday, September 27th, Bpitch Control is making its way over to the Big Apple with Ellen Allien, Camea and Kiki for a DAYTIME PARTY @ THE WELL, we get to welcome back a label, we have invited multiple times in the past (BPITCH CONTROL).. Since its conception in 1999, rising up from the bristling techno Mecca of Berlin, BPITCH Control has rightly become widely regarded as a seal of quality within the dance music community, responsible for championing and nurturing some of the best local and global talents. Reaching across boundaries and bringing in elements of house, techno, and pop to create a polyphonic sound that defies labeling BPITCH Control has brought us household names such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Sascha funke, Kiki and Modeselektor.
Leading lady Ellen Allien has been as busy as ever, anyone that has seen Ellen Allien will know that she's pretty much unique in her ability to rock a dance floor - hence the reason that she's been headlining virtually every notable club and festival across the globe for the past decade. Apart from the fact that she's pretty much the coolest cat in the industry, with a world famous record label, fashion label and production catalogue under her belt.
Similarly, Kiki is an artist of vast musical experience, with his soulful yet driving productions captivating dancefloors worldwide for years now. Joining Ellen and Kiki for the daytime Bpitch showcase is Camea. Who is a passionate performer and blends her more traditional musician roots with classic and modern house and techno. Her tracks have topped sales and DJ charts on many occasions, and she has been center stage at many of the world’s hottest clubs and festivals.
