Oh yes, Whomp is back again at Timbuk2, this time with a local flavour! Following the insane House spectacular with Tim Cullen and the incredible atmosphere, we have put together the cream of Bristol's crop for a night of debauchery to tantalise your musical senses.
Since taking the roof off the Coroners Court Back in 2010 Tom Saunders AKA Remove Me has well and truly embedded himself as a resident at Bristol's legendary Alfresco Disco ripping it up at some of AD's many memorable events over the last 4 years. As a frequent guest to Bristol, he will be bringing a big bag of delights to keep you stomping until the early hours.
Not that Alfresco Disco need any introduction, these guys have been rocking Bristol for years. With the most exciting and interesting locations, the AD team have created one of the most exclusive and widely anticipated nights in the UK. With a reach stretching beyond just Bristol's woodland and car park realms, these guys have been part of putting Bristol on the map in terms of music and paving the way for councils to grant licences for many of Bristol's events around today.
Adam Kent is back once again to close us out with his trademark stomping techno. His residency at Empathy Bristol has been well complimented with a year of some fantastically met releases on some of the biggest labels around. Adam is one of bristols diamonds and we cannot wait to have him abck again. Last time he set the room on fire and not one person left the floor until the lights came up (even then it took some persuading..)
Of course, opening the batting in the tunnel will be Whomp's reprehensible residents - Daniel Robbins and Rob Helps playing B2B and getting the night off on the right foot...
In the cage, YooNek Records and Bristol legends Molehug will be tearing the roof off with their trademark belters. Their newest EP blush has been taking the charts by storm and we predict big things for these Bristol based lads. One part of Werk, one of Bristol's most well known and loved nights, these boys will be putting on one hell of a show.
Alongside Molehug we have one of Bristol's most well known DJ's Shawn Fleming.. Having played for us at our House Spectacular, Shawn needs no introduction, his big bass tunes are exactly what you need to get your feet moving and a grooving..
..and of course not forgetting our boys Riddle and Cornelius warming you up and finishing you off with their typical bouncy UKG and Bass styling's. Big tunes from these boys!
