The second coming of The Carnevale returns at The Causeway for another themed House Party. The great Venetian tradition of wearing masks will once again be called upon and your patriotism and fighting spirit will be strongly encouraged by participation in our Carnevale arcade gaming. Those ancient machines, including the legendary Mortal Kombat II, will be located in the side show alley amongst a plethora of food and other entertainment.
Jimmy Edgar, the R&B, 90s techno, house and ghetto-tech purveyor last toured the country in 2013 which included a headline slot at the Terminal Projekt event as part of Vivid Sydney, where he played alongside dOP and Sepalcure.
Edgar recently launched his own label Ultramajic, releasing music from Danny Daze, Sophie and buddy Travis Stewart, aka Machinedrum. The label is also home to his musical side-projects Creepy Autograph and Her Bad Habit, as well as his art and design endeavours which he informed us of in a recent interview. He also turned in an exceptional Essential Mix last month which brought together his musical influences as a kid growing up in Detroit.
