Cloaked under a bright gold bird-like mask, Claptone travels the world playing shows - picking up new fans at each and every stop along the way. His productions have become the talk of the town with praise being tossed around by everyone from Pete Tong and DJ Sneak to A-Trak.
Hit output for the esteemed Exploited imprint in 2012, kicking off with the infection “Cream,” started the revolution gaining top ten honors on the Beatport chart. Since then Claptone has gone from strength to strength. “Wrong,” “Night On Fire,” “Good To You” and his remix for Dirty Minds’ “I’m For Pleasure” via Eskimo Recordings being prime examples.
Who or whatever Claptone is, it is alive, with a life of its own, evolving and revolving in equal measure, exploring new sounds naturally and forever taking inspiration from long gone and occult worlds.
