2014 was a was a busy one in the AOD diary; both home and away. We had the pleasure of returning to the White Isle for an amazing trilogy of parties, which followed a memorable year on the dance floors of London. So as the pages turn in the Art of Dark year book, we plan to continue on our path, and we hope you’ll join us.
Fumiya Tanaka is undoubtably a force to be reckoned with on the Techno terrain. With a career stemming back to the early nineties, Tanaka has performed across the globe with devastating effect. There is little to question in the midst of his technical mastery. Fumiya Tanaka is an AOD favourite, and we are excited at the anticipation of masterclass from the legend himself.
Barac returns to party with us; this time on home soil. After laying it down in such style for AOD on the last leg of our Ibiza excursion, we felt obliged to invite him to join us in London. His work as as an experimentalist producer is masterful, and a credit to music composition at its finest. This talent accompanied by his formidable delivery as DJ, makes for an epic tale each time Barac performs.
Selector-in-Chief Colin Chiddle. will be back on resident duties for the opening party of 2015. Time and time again, he has set the tone for the AOD masses, laying the foundation for the hours at hand. Managing to conjure up the perfect air of anticipation is what Colin does best on home turf and we are set for plenty more this coming January.
Harry McCanna has been on the AOD radar for some time now. Though still young in age, Harry’s style well-exceeds his own years. McCanna’s technique and musical array delivers the goods any time, day or night, and we are delighted to have him finally join us at Art of Dark.
