Communikey, based in Boulder, Colorado, is a collective of DJ's, promoters, and multimedia artists, who collaborate to create forward thinking electronic arts environments, showcasing international and local talents. The Communikey showcase at Decibel Festival 2008 presents a sonically diverse and yet consistently deep selection of acts that will warm up the dance floor for the weekend. Communikey co-founder Alala.One opens the night with a soulful dubtech dj set, heartfelt and feminine. Les Freres Courvoisier, colorful, Colorado techno pranksters will light up the night with their signature brand of sexy, funky dance tunes. The brothers will be presenting the world debut of all original material sure to turn the dance floor into a sultry french brothel. Attentat takes us deep into the psychic nuances of minimal techno. A veteran of electronic music, his dark and heavy live set peels back the layers, exposing the core of dance floor music and our own process within it.
