In August 2012, many incredible things happened:
In India, power was restored after severe medium-term blackouts, helping over 600 million people get back on their feet; Russian President Vladimir Putin made an unofficial visit to the London Olympics for the judo finals*; and "E_e_tr__ikh_tz," the sweaty, sugar filled dance music internet donut was finally brought into the public realm, confusingly re-named EK.
For two years since, every month (save a few) we have done our best to employ the skills of some of the best international and local djs, world renowned producers and movement ambassadors, to aid us in bringing you the utmost joy possibly achievable. And god help us, have we had some belters! Tyree Cooper's house education, Le Loup's solid groove, and Miguel Campbell chose to party with us after whatever festival that was... It has been mental!
In light of all this, we have decided to take it back to where it began, in the deep dark hug out at The Burdekin Hotel, and more - its bloody free again!!
Come early, stay late, this one is going to be absolutely ridiculous!
