Hidden from the hustle and bustle of big cities, the site of the festival is simply unique and rather exceptional. The heart of the north- eastern Poland which is notable for its unchanged, placid landscapes, wilderness and deep forests every year transforms into the electronic music mecca, attracting up to 9000 attendees, gathered in the post military warehouse area. Original Source Up To Date presents stages with different music genres ranging from ambitious rap through bass music, techno to ambient and modern classical. Created by the local music activists who, every year, are putting an enormous effort to make the site an art space itself. Except the "original" approach to the line-up, the festival has been noticed for its extraordinary promotion, mainly through medium of viral videos (Festival's youtube account: https://www.youtube.com/user/dtekk ). Moreover Original Source Up To Date has received many awards, for example second place in a nationwide plebiscite run by Muno.pl (the most popular Polish portal for electronic music) for the best music event of the year 2012 and 2013. It also has been awarded by the Podlasian Marshal's Office.
