Well I think you can safely say that our last night was one of the best yet! If you came along to August’s WERK then you will know exactly what we mean.
Two of our favourite guest DJs and good friends Trevor Rockcliffe and Colin Dale really showed why they are still at the top of their game, deserving of their legendary status.
All the residents smashed it as always and what about the classic trance room? Absolutely mint! We will definitely be doing that again very soon.
We continue our journey through 2014 and as you know WERK are keen to support local talent from our beloved home city of Bristol. Our next guest is a rising star whose reputation is growing exponentially, mostly thanks to his infamous remix of Rudimental’s track "Baby" (with his partner in crime Distro) and his version of TLC “No Scrubs”

Saturday 6th September - WERK proudly presents ARCHIVE
With a wealth of releases lined up to destroy dance-floors and gigs worldwide, Archive is proving that where there is smoke, there’s fire and he is living up to the hype surrounding him. We are chomping at the bit to get him down to entertain you at WERK as we know he is going to raise the roof!
Plus the return of our brothers in bass - The Tremor Soundsystem lads are back with a vengeance. Room 3 will be awash with basslines, breaks, DnB, dub step and ghetto funk to make you move!
Archive has been proclaimed as one of the most exciting new talents to come out of Bristol and it is no surprise why. His unique blend of garage, minimal but powerful basslines and terrifying wobbly bass, will have you shouting OI during every one of his sets. His now infamous remix of Rudimental’s track Baby alongside Distro, made it into the shortlist for the remix competition and since then, has been played on BBC 1Xtra with support from Crown Duels and My Nu Leng. With releases on Tumble Audio and a weighty bass heavy track entitled Felt Nothing, Forthcoming on Marcus Nasty’s label Bass Clinique, Archive’s future is looking bright and promising. He currently holds residencies at Tales From the Deep and Dirty Note but also regularly at Wide Eyes Events.
