Manchu Presents | Ozgur Can [SWE]
New Shanghai based record label Manchu presents their first party with international guest DJ, Ozgur Can.
Ozgur Can was born 1982 in Stockholm into a musical family. He popped up on the dance scene sometime around 2003 with his own unique take on progressive house music with releases on labels like Armada, Lost Language, Pickadoll which support DJ`s like Armin van Buren, Tiesto, Sven Vath, Sasha, Digweed and many more.
He was one of the first swedes to release on Sven Vaths prestigious Cocoon and has since then released on the legendary Harthouse. Then Ozgur moved on to more techy sounds, releasing tracks on Adam Beyers, TrueSoul label. He also made remixes for Erik Prydz, John Dahlback, Gabriel & Dresden.
Ozgur may be a festival favourite and a big club DJ but he still loves to go back to his music roots which is reflected in many of his extensive productions. His music style is best described as a funky groove that breathes deeply, making him one of the definite experts of Swedish Techno.
Not only with Ozgur Can hit the decks, label owner DJ Chewie's will join him to celebrate his birthday together. So expect them to bring their favourite selections from deep/tech house to techno.
