After previously gracing our shores for the Animals Dancing NYD party and the NTS 10 hour take-over in Melbourne, we felt it only appropriate that this fair harbour city finally get a taste of the man most commonly known as Willie Burns (WT Records/L.I.E.S./The Trilogy Tapes).
Having become a NYC mainstay during the mid-naughties, this man of many trades and even more aliases may be quietly spoken… but is always hard at work making noise.
In amongst hosting his own radio show and working one of NY’s most famed record haunts “The Thing”, William T. Burnett has been releasing his raw/crisp/cosmically infused variant strains of house and techno on L.I.E.S., The Trilogy Tapes, Unknown to the Unknown and R-Zone, to name a few. All of this whilst running his own imprint, WT Records.
We have also enlisted prime cut master Michael Kucyk (NOISE IN MY HEAD/NTS) to round out selector duties along side your regular Heavenly favourites Ben Fester, T-Mingus & Adrian E.
