Soundcrash are extremely excited to announce the return of the rapper Dizraeli and his band ”The Small Gods” in London for an intimate live show at The Jazz Cafe’ 13th November 2014.
Consisting of 7 members including three times world female beatbox champion Bellatrix, the group formed in 2009 to tour Dizraeli’s debut solo album Engurland (City Shanties). Establishing a reputation for impassioned live performances, Dizraeli and The Small Gods have played in some of England’s finest venues and festival stages such as Glastonbury, Boomtown and Queen Elizabeth hall collaborating with Shlomo. In the words of the band themselves “we want to tingle your spine, nod your head and generally folk with your idea of what hip-hop can be.”
Their music is a fusion of harmony singing, turntablism, heavy beats and delicate instrumentation to create a melodic, unashamedly heartfelt reinvention of hiphop.
