Weds Dec 31 / New Years Eve - The South London Soul Train seriously lights the fuse, drops the audio bomb and watches the start of 2015 burn, baby burn. 4 floors and 5 rooms of the rarest in funk, the mightiest in soul and the most delicious in groove delivered large, loud and very direct to the dancefloor by some of the best DJ's around. Level 1 your South London Soul Train host with the most Jazzheadchronic [5hr set] joined by special guests - Bad Ass DJ AJ Kwame [Incognito DJ’s] and Mukatsuku Records Founder Nik Weston, dropping a combined 9hr set of uplifting anthemic funk, soul, groove and disco nastiness - that’ll seriously blow your mind and body + release yoh soul. Then on Level 2 It’s all about the Legends on 45. DJ’s Snowboy, Perry Louis and Dean Rudland droppin pallets of white hot vinyl on the floor like rain for daze. More beasts on 45 unleashed for more red hot good foot action all night long baby! With the 2/F back room Soul Cinema showing the best in Soul on celluloid from dusk til dawn.
Then on Level 3 we hand over to The Mighty Rob Messer and Scotlands Finest Craig Jamieson [Modern Lovers] + Special Guests for more Seismic Northern Soul Vibrations dropped hard, large and loud on the masses + boy you gonna feel it! The South London Soul Train 4 Floor New Years Eve Epic completed with the Basement chill out zone serving up the best in cocktails, vietnamese food + nuff New Year treats to keep you sweet. A place to grab a seat between marathon stints on the dance floor. Phew!
