  • Come 6pm Saturday 13 September and Earthdance will have finished for another year. But the Earthdance festivities will continue right through till 6am the next day... the Earthdance after party is every clubber’s wet dream, with international guest Majik Johnson, Phil Smart, Mark Pritchard and 40+ other DJs throwing down in a clubbing extravaganza across five stages of The Bunker, The Bourbon and The Cross. Johnson is one of the biggest acts on Darren Emerson’s (Ex-Underworld) Underwater label, and is also a label manager in his own right, overseeing Shaboom Records, home to the likes of DJ Sneak. Johnson will be playing an extended set, and will be joined by a handpicked selection of some of Australia’s finest underground DJs, including perennial techno favourite Phil Smart (Melb), Glitch DJs (Minimal Fuss), Jimi Polar (Future Classic), Schwa (Beef Records, Shades of Gray), Sebastian Bayne and a host of others. The afterparty will span a broad range of genres and cater to anyone interested in quality electronic music. The Foreigndub lounge will showcase dubstep, grime and dancehall from a host of local and international artists, with Mark Pritchard (UK, Africa Hitech, Global Communication) and Japan’s DJ Aru some of the standouts in a lineup brimming with quality. Earthdance is a global celebration of cultural diversity that uses music and art to unite people and support world peace. Attracting a turnout of over 40, 000 people, Sydney Earthdance has become one of Australia’s leading cultural and music events.
