Once upon a time, a group of close friends hosted their first illegal parties. Now, three years later, Slapfunk Records can proudly call itself a label with a true movement of music lovers behind it. Although the label has gone through quite the transformation in the last years, it has always stayed true to it’s undisputable style. You know what’s up.
The first EP was released in 2012, and it’s hard to grasp that in 2014 number 10(!) can be played in clubs throughout the world.
During the Slapfunk era, so much inspiring music was played, so many ridiculously chilled out people were met and uncountable dance floors exploded. The time is now to celebrate in a proper fashion, and you are all cordially invited. You can’t find a better sound system than that of the infamous Studio 80, so let’s lay the foundation for three more years of Slapfunk Records blasting through your speakers.
Nothing is more important to than family, the brothers from another mother and sisters from another mister. That’s why the first 100 visitors during the three-year anniversary, will get a well-deserved present.
