New Year's eve on Tulum's beautiful beach!
Tulum is a very small community in Mexico about 90 miles or 2 hours drive from Cancun airport. The exact location is Caleta Tankah, Tulum, Mexico.
GETTING TO TULUM FROM CANCUN:
Many hotels provide free transfers from the airport to Tulum, but if yours does not, there is a bus service which costs approximately $17 USD, and is very safe and easy to use. Find out more here: www.ado.com.mx

Or rent a car very inexpensively at the airport! The road from Cancun to Tulum is safe and modern, and has a heavy police presence.
WHERE TO STAY
Since Tulum is so small, it can sometimes be hard to find a hotel (there are still rooms available!). As an alternative, there some great apartments and houses on Airbnb! However, if you can't find anything, Playa del Carmen is less than 30 minutes away and is much larger, with more (and less expensive) hotel rooms. A taxi from Playa del Carmen is around 25 USD and can be pre-booked. Also, if you've rented a car, we have a parking lot a few minutes walk from the site of the concert.

WHERE TO PICK UP WRISTBANDS
There is a Box Office at the site on the day of the event, open from 11am til late. Bring your printed eTicket and photo ID matching the name on the tickets.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BUY YOUR TICKETS AND MATCHING ID TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS.
