Tomorrow Is Now, Kid! will return to Studio 80 at the beginning of 2015. Kicking off with the year with a bang and aiming to take it to the next level, working closely with Studio 80 as a platform and extension for their musical crusade by breeding talented musicians as well as booking renowned artists from all over the globe.
One such artist is pioneer and member of Strictly Jaz Unit, Boo Williams, who'll take on the decks at the 2015 opening party, bringing the versatile sound of Chicago into the extended hours on the 17th of January. Having the scoop, as it’s been just under a year since the last time that Boo Williams performed in Amsterdam. We’re glad and honored to welcome back the talented Portuguese producer Ka§par who debuted on the label back in 2013, with a four-track EP called “Spice Of Light”. Ever since, he has been closely associated with Tomorrow Is Now, Kid!, waving our flag in Portugal and being involved with the launch of TINK! MUSIC and the Portland Sound Studios in Lisbon.
Further joining the bill are captains Alex Salvador and Daan Groeneveld, as well as Times Are Ruff; demonstrating the essence of House ahead of their release on the 26th of January. In the ever-cozy back room we've invited The Planty Herbs and Ocke Weeda, who's steady and edgy grooves provide an alternative vibe for the floor.
Come down to Studio 80 on Saturday the 17th of January, to enjoy a full night of dancing... into extended hours.
