We have one of the hottest up and coming artist’s in the techno scene at the minute in Etapp Kyle who will be making his Manchester debut with a 3 hour set in the Joshua Brooks basement.
Etapp is a Ukrainian national but made a name for himself amongst the legendary Russian techno nightclub ARMA17, and he hasn’t looked back since. Playing alongside the biggest names in techno such as Ben Klock, DVS1, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and Loco dice just to name a few.
And it doesn’t end there for Etapp as his music production is just as on point as his DJ sets. Releasing his Debut 4 track vinyl on the might German ‘Klockworks’ label in 2013, Then releasing a track on a prologue EP alongside Mod21 & Artefakt in early 2014, this year looks set to be a massive year for Etapp as he pushes on from his wonderful 2014 and were glad to be apart of it.
Manchester’s underground scene is fertile ground for producers and DJ’s to emerge but Sy Chan is for sure one of them. With years experience playing alongside, supporting major artists, and representing global brands. Releasing records on labels such as Kosmophono, Leone Music, His debut EP ‘Inner Minds’, on Horatio’s Berlin based label Natural Rhythm gained early support from artists such as Marco Carola, Luciano, Reboot, Paco Osuna, Stacey Pullen just to name a few.
Our resident and head honcho Louis Jakk will be providing us with his first ever vinyl only set. Considering the lad has never mixed vinyl records in a nightclub before he’s diving in at the deep end, the pressure is on but were sure he will provide us with something wonderful.
