London based booking agency and record label CONSTRUCT is going to join 65mq for a Thursday night once again.
This time James McArdle, label owner and artists’ manager, is coming with a special guest straight from his roster: the dj and producer Hugo Barritt who also released the ‘Penumbra’ EP in October 2014, second issue of CONSTRUCT label.

Originally born in New Zealand, Hugo Barritt has been living in London for over a decade now embellishing the city as a playground for exploring his musical passions. During his time living in London, Hugo has co-promoted major club nights and played at some of the most influential underground parties the city had to offer.
During the last few years Hugo has spent his time committed to the studio with impressive outcomes, beginning with three releases on Vitalik Recordings. Recent years have seen Hugo collaborating with Robert Owens for a release on Murmur Recordings, then a remix of Lana Del Ray's 'Ride' and later tracks included in Leftroom label’s compilations. At the end of 2013 Hugo released the Lahal EP, first release on Italian new-comer label Universal Consequence.
Taking a step back from things for the majority of this year Hugo was able to focus genuinely on what he loves: making dance music. He presented arguably his most accomplished work to date in the form of the ’Penumbra EP’ in October 2014. The release is the second for young UK label CONSTRUCT.

James is at the helm of CONSTRUCT booking agency, record label and mix series. His experience and versatility as a DJ has taken him from the main room in Fabric, to illegal Metro parties in Budapest, to early morning afterhours in LA.
James' approach is free of any constraints, any "brand", solely motivated by strong passion and working closely with likeminded artists, labels and promoters.
