- On the 14th March, nestled underneath the railway tracks on Whitworth St West, Manchester's newest club night launches at Gorilla. Bringing underground house & techno into the heart of the city, Format will be hosting a full spectrum of unique artists in the forefront of this eclectic genre - and the line-up for the launch night just solidifies the high calibre of whats to come. GERMAN BRIGANTE leads the way with the unmistakable tech-house sound which has made him one of Resident Advisors 'Most Chartered Artists’. Already causing a storm, Geordie newcomer CRISTOPHs diverse range of Deep / Tech House & Techno adds another layer alongside a set by prodigy KEVIN OVER who has already been championed by the likes of Defected Records, Hot Since 82, Joris Voorn et al for his deep, rough house and techno cuts. Residents Brian Murphy, Jermaine Lee and Jamal H will compliment the stellar line-up of European DJs that are guaranteed to set the ‘Format’ for what’s yet to come..
