Kangding Ray is David Letellier. Born in France and based in Berlin, Letellier evolved as a guitarist and drummer in various bands whose influences ranged from rock and pop to jazz before moving into electronic music. His music is situated at the crossroads of « digitality » and sensitivity. In his compositions, melodies combine with machine sounds in a subtle and rhythmic suite.
He skillfully integrates guitar loops, bass lines, residual noise, acoustic instruments and digital anomalies to create a textured soundscape. This valuable musical openness is reflected in his particular way of merging beats and emotions into slowly evolving compositions.
His live performances are not to be missed, and are known for being intense moments of musical experimentations. Live, he samples voices, and mixes layers of different instruments, including analog machines, laptops, midi pads and guitar. Kangding Ray sometimes invites other musicians to join him on stage, for playing keyboard, guitar, or turning the knobs on a machine.

This mysterious producer has been really cementing his place as one of the most exciting live acts in Techno. Shrouded in secrecy, Headless Horseman’s eponymous releases pretty much sum up his modus operandi: dark, raw, and rhythmic IDM flavored Techno. His recent sets at Berghain, Boiler Room and Berlin Atonal festival, have really showcased his insurmountable skills as a producer, and rest assured, he is ready to slay the masses. The Horseman certainly has his own distinctive and inimitable style.

Valerio Tricoli (Palermo, Italy, 1977) is a composer and performer of electro-acoustic music. His sets focus on the impromptu creation of a narrative which takes into account the multiple relations intervening between reality, virtuality and memory during the acoustic event creating a deja-vu experience. Privileging fracture over continuity and by the use of a dynamic range that could often jump suddenly from near-silence to extreme blasts of sounds, an almost tactile feeling of brooding tension is often attained.
His electro-acoustic studio compositions, documented on few records, are aligned to the tradition of Musique Concrète and explore themes of the internal - represented both by the psychological and the physical - and of the occult, which together with the large use of spoken text makes them often deeply existential works.
His latest release "Miseri Lares" (PAN) has been described as a "album which reads like a story full of provocative signifiers which converge to create an allegory of unsettling beauty" (Mischa Mathys, The Formant).
Over the years Valerio has been active in some long-term collaboration with other musicians, composers, choreographers and multimedia artists. He is a founding member of the italian avant-rock group 3/4HadBeenEliminated and has been working extensively with Thomas Ankersmit, Antoine Chessex, Werner Dafeldecker, Anthony Pateras, Robert Piotrowicz.

Svarte Greiner ("Black Branches") was the nom de scène of Erik K. Skodvin, founder of the Miasmah label, who also recorded as half of Deaf Center. Having a graphic design background he founded Miasmah both as a design company and as a free MP3 label. His first release under the Svarte Greiner moniker was the track "Traditional Wood on Trees", the critical acclaim of which led to his debut solo album Knive, released on Type in 2006. With “Knive”, Skodvin single-handedly invented a genre - which he dubbed "acoustic doom" - that would go on to be heavily imitated. To follow, were the releases Kappe, Penpals Forever (And Ever) and the latest Black Tie.
By and large, his music is characterized by indefinable organic sounds merging with deep drones, creaks, and scrapes drawn from the strings of cello and guitar, producing a dark, disturbing atmosphere and enveloping the listener in a chilling, nightmarish soundworld.

VIRILIO is the sound project of Dimitris Papadatos (KU) and Corinna Triantafyllidis (Cosi). The duo launched their experimentations in 2008 initially recording their Skype improv sessions under the moniker Cassettine & KU.
The Virilio project, launched in 2010 and it has been their main common vehicle in covering their sonar explorations and experiences in electroacoustic music, subtractive synthesis and techno.
In 2013 they founded Record Label Record Label, which focuses on releasing sonar experimentations of artists based in Greece and abroad.
‘’Signature’’ is VIRILIO’s first 12” release and the first one of private-press releases, under ‘’Record Label Record Label’’.

Morah started djing from the early age of 16, manifesting his preferences towards the darker side of the electronic spectrum. Today his musical palette spans from techno and electro to house and drone, with a special fondness for distorted sounds. During the last year he has established himself within the Athenian electronic scene due to his constantly evolving dj sets, gaining praise from acclaimed artists such as Helena Hauff. Morah is also the founder of the Phormix music platform, organizing events and releasing podcasts from well-established producers of the international electronic scene.

ANFS is the performing name of the Athenian dj and producer George Anifantis, who is also co-founder of the experimental / techno label Modal Analysis. His involvement with the music industry started at an early age, with him playing in bands and working as a sound engineer in studios. Whilst studying sound design he discovered an interest in electronic music, weird electronics and obscure sounds.
His productions are a sound collage of distorted textures, ambient drones and industrial drums hitting in tribal rhythmic sequences. In his sets, layered tracks and various styles drive the audience in a hypnotized dance dominated by hard grooves, looped melodies and abstract techno sounds. With his performances for the past two years being a constantly evolving process yet highly consistent and robust, he has managed to establish himself in the Athenian scene whilst drawing attention on an international level.

A household name in the Athenian electronic scene and a co-founder of the experimental/techno label “Modal Analysis”, Kondaktor has been playing music as a DJ for over a decade. His DJ sets vary from deep techno and dark soundscapes to funky beats and Chicago house tunes. In 2012 he debuted as a producer for Seattle’s “Further Records”. At the same time, he is part of the production team that organizes the “Reform” parties in Greece.

Το FASMA Festival 2015 επιστρέφει για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά, στις 13-15 Μαρτίου, παρουσιάζοντας καλλιτέχνες από όλο το εύρος της ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής. Γεννημένος στη Γαλλία και με έδρα το Βερολίνο, ο David Letellier, γνωστός ως Kangding Ray, εξελίχθηκε ως κιθαρίστας και ντράμερ σε διάφορα συγκροτήματα με επιρροές από την rock, pop μέχρι και την jazz, πριν επικεντρωθεί τελικά στον ηλεκτρονικό ήχο. Η μουσική του χαρακτηρίζεται από ευαίσθητες ψηφιακές ισορροπίες με συνθέσεις που ενώνουν μελωδίες και μηχανικούς ήχους μέσα σε πολύπλοκα και υποτονικά ρυθμικά πλαίσια.
Ενσωματώνοντας δεξιοτεχνικά λούπες κιθάρας, μπασογραμμές, υπολειμματικό θόρυβο, ακουστικά όργανα και ψηφιακές αλλοιώσεις, ο Letellier δημιουργεί πολυεπίπεδα ηχοτοπία. Αυτή η ανεκτίμητη μουσική ευρύτητα αντικατοπτρίζεται στον ιδιαίτερο τρόπο με τον οποίο συγχωνεύει τον ρυθμό με το συναίσθημα στις βραδέως εξελισσόμενες συνθέσεις του.
Οι ζωντανές εμφανίσεις του αποτελούν ισχυρές μουσικές εμπειρίες, γνωστές για τον έντονο πειραματισμό τους, χρησιμοποιώντας φωνητικά, πολλαπλά κανάλια μουσικών οργάνων, αναλογικό εξοπλισμό μαζί με laptop, midi pads και κιθάρες. Τα ακουστικά του σετ αποτελούνται από αφηγηματικό αυτοσχεδιασμό ο οποίος λαμβάνει υπόψη την πολυπλοκότητα των σχέσεων που δημιουργούνται μεταξύ της πραγματικότητας, της εικονικότητας και της μνήμης, αποδίδοντας μια deja-vu εμπειρία. Δίνοντας προτεραιότητα στη σπασμοδικότητα έναντι της συνέχειας και με τη χρήση ενός δυναμικού εύρους το οποίο συχνά υπερπηδά από την σχεδόν απόλυτη σιωπή σε ακραίες εκρήξεις ήχων, επιτυγχάνει έντονα μελαγχολικές διαθέσεις.

Οι VIRILIO αποτελούν τον βασικό “όχημα» της διαδρομής και εξερεύνησης τους σε ηχητικές περιοχές που καλύπτουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα, απο την ηλεκροακουστική μουσική και τον αυτοσχεδιασμό ως την αφαιρετική σύνθεση και την techno.
Το 2013 ίδρυσαν την δισκογραφική εταιρία “Record Label Record Label”, η οποία επικετρώνεται σε ηχητικούς πειραματισμούς απο καλλιτέχνες της Ελλάδος και του εξωτερικού.

Ο Morah ξεκίνησε να παίζει μουσική στη νεαρή ηλικία των 16, δείχνοντας εμφανώς την προτίμησή του στις πιο σκοτεινές πτυχές του ηλεκτρονικού ήχου. Σήμερα το εύρος της μουσικής του εκτείνεται από την techno, και την electro, μέχρι την house και drone, με ιδιαίτερη αδυναμία στον παραμορφωμένο ήχο.
Τον τελευταίο χρόνο έχει εδραιωθεί στην αθηναϊκή ηλεκτρονική σκηνή μέσα από τα διαρκώς εξελισσόμενα σετ του, τυγχάνοντας αναγνωρίσεως από καλλιτέχνες παγκοσμίου εμβέλειας όπως η Helena Hauff. Παράλληλα είναι ιδρυτής της μουσικής πλατφόρμας Phormix, διοργανώνοντας event και κυκλοφορώντας podcasts από καταξιωμένα ονόματα της διεθνούς ηλεκτρονικής σκηνής.

Ο Γιώργος Ανυφαντής, γνωστός ως ANFS, είναι dj, παραγωγός και συνιδρυτής της experimental / techno ετικέτας Modal Analysis. Η σχέση του με τη μουσική ξεκινάει σε νεαρή ηλικία, με τη συμμετοχή του σε συγκροτήματα και μέσα από τις δουλειές του ως ηχολήπτης σε διάφορα στούντιο. Σπουδάζοντας sound design, ο ANFS ανέπτυξε έντονο ενδιαφέρον για την ηλεκτρονική μουσική, τα εξεζητημένα ηλεκτρονικά συστήματα και τους μυστηριώδεις, σκοτεινούς ήχους.
Οι παραγωγές του αποτελούνται από ηχητικά κολάζ παραμορφωμένων και ατμοσφαιρικών ήχων με industrial κρουστά σε tribal ρυθμικές συχνότητες. Τα σετ του χαρακτηρίζονται από την πρόσμιξη διαφορετικών μουσικών στυλ, με γνώμονα τον σκληρό ρυθμό, τις μελωδικές επαναλήψεις και τους αφαιρετικούς techno ήχους. Με την σταθερά ποιοτική παρουσία του την τελευταία διετία, έχει καταφέρει να εδραιωθεί στην εγχώρια ηλεκτρονική σκηνή, τραβώντας παράλληλα το ενδιαφέρον και σε διεθνές επίπεδο.

Συνιδρυτής της experimental/techno ετικέτας Modal Analysis, ο Kondaktor βρίσκεται πίσω από τα decks για σχεδόν μια δεκαετία, αποτελώντας πλέον μία από τις εξέχουσες μορφές της Αθηναϊκής ηλεκτρονικής σκηνής. Τα DJ sets του ποικίλλουν, κινούμενα ανάμεσα σε σκοτεινούς μέχρι funky ήχους και από deep techno μέχρι Chicago house. Απολαμβάνει να μιξάρει διαφορετικά στυλ δοκιμάζοντας διαφορετικούς ήχους κάθε φορά.
Το 2012 τον βρήκε να κάνει το ντεμπούτο του ως μουσικός παραγωγός στην Further Records του Seattle.
Παράλληλα, συγκαταλέγεται στην ομάδα οργάνωσης πάρτι “Reform”.

Από τότε που αντιλαμβάνεται τον εαυτό του ως μουσικόφιλο, ο Chris OD δημιουργεί προσωπικές ηχητικές αφηγήσεις αντλώντας το υλικό του μέσα από ένα μεγάλο εύρος ακουσμάτων τα οποία καταναλώνει με βουλιμία. Με κάθε μουσικό είδος να αποτελεί γι’ αυτόν πιθανή πηγή έμπνευσης, το βρίσκει αδύνατο να αποδώσει με όρους τη μουσική που παίζει. Αντιθέτως αναλαμβάνει ευχάριστα την πρόκληση να προσαρμόζεται σε περιστάσεις στις οποίες έχει την ευκαιρία να εκφράσει τις διαφορετικές πτυχές της διαρκώς εξελισσόμενης μουσικής του αντίληψης.
